  • Can I change my Auto ship date after placing my first order?

    Yes! You may adjust your frequency and/or upcoming order date prior to the next processing date.
  • Can I use a coupon or discount code for my auto-ship?

    Unfortunately, any discount or voucher code cannot be used for auto -ship. Those codes are for one purchase only and not for recurring orders.
  • How can I set up an Auto ship?

    There is no fee for membership.   • Is it OK if some products in my cart are not Auto ship?

    Absolutely! Auto ship orders can be shipped with other items that are not set-up for auto-ship.  If you decided to add more products to an upcoming Auto ship order, you can login to your account or contact us and we’ll be happy to add that to your order for you.
  • Where do I find my Auto ship account?

    Once you are logged in, click Manage Subscription that you can see on the upper right and below your name.
  • Will I get notification for my next Auto ship order?

    Definitely, yes! Our system will send a reminder email prior to your next order processing.
