As per our supplier, the behavior described, temporary clogging of the dropper, is not uncommon with glycerin-based extracts. Glycerin is naturally thicker than water or alcohol, and combined with the natural extractives in Ashwagandha, it can occasionally cause the product to flow more slowly, especially if the dropper is narrow or if the product has been stored at cooler temperatures. Gently warming the bottle is an effective way to temporarily reduce viscosity and allow the liquid to flow more easily.
To help maintain smooth flow:
- Store the product at room temperature.
- Avoid exposure to cold temperatures.
- If needed, gently warm the bottle before use.
