It is recommended that each set of two Berkey PF-2 fluoride water filters be replaced after filtering 1,000 gallons (3,785 liters) of water. For example, if you have a Big Berkey system with a 2-gallon capacity and you refill it twice per day, you would be using 4 gallons of water daily.
