Chlorella comes from 5 countries. Japan, China, India, South Korea and Taiwan. Japan is a radiation concern, while China has high levels of heavy metals. In India there are quality control issues, which is why we have decided to import our chlorella from Taiwan and South Korea. We buy only from the highest quality source. Our chlorella has been tested for radiation and shows no problems.
