Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

Thank you for reaching out. Our Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is typically clear. The whitish-to-brownish color you observed could be due to two factors:

1. Temperature Changes: Coconut oil typically solidifies at lower temperatures (below 24°C or 76°F). If the oil was stored or transported in a cooler environment, it could have partially solidified, giving it a whitish appearance. This is a natural characteristic of coconut oil and should return to its clear to light yellow color when warmed up to room temperature.

2. Oxidation: Exposure to air and light can cause coconut oil to oxidize, leading to a change in color and possible rancidity. We recommend storing the oil in a cool, dark place to maintain its quality and prevent any changes in appearance.

We hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
