Returned items need to be in an unopened, undamaged condition to receive a full refund (minus any shipping charges that could be deducted from your refund). Items that are not in their original condition, are seriously damaged, or missing parts, are given a partial refund, depending on the degree of damage (usually 50% - 80% of the original purchase price). We could charge a restocking or handling fee which will be deducted from your refund as well.
NOTE: If you are returning more than one quantity of the same item, expect a full refund if they are all unopened and undamaged. If more than one of these identical items is opened, a refund is issued only for the first opened item. Additional open containers of identical items will not be refunded.
