Thanks for reaching out. To access and apply your loyalty points, you may follow the steps below:
- Login to your account.
- Once logged in, please look for Loyalty Points on the upper left side of the page and click on Manage my Points.
- Look for Redeem Your Points and select a voucher. A code will be displayed on the screen.
- Copy the code to your clip board or you may write the exact code given to you on a piece of paper. Note: Make sure to copy the code exactly the way it was given or it will not work. Make sure an I is not a 1 and O is not a 0.
- You may now proceed to the checkout page and paste the code on the space provided for gift codes found on the upper right corner of the screen. It is a light gray box.
