The product needs to reach the pump for it to dispense, as the airless pump system pushes the product up from the bottom. There is no stem inside the pump, so it may take 3 to 4 pumps to begin dispensing the product. If the product does not come out immediately, try giving the container a gentle tap on a firm surface, and then pump a bit more. |
