We ask that you return the items within two weeks from the day of your RMA email. If we receive the return after 2 weeks, the package will be returned to sender. We strongly recommend purchasing a delivery confirmation for your package. Take note of the tracking number your return package is assigned by the post office or UPS. Health Ranger Store cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit.
