If a package is returned to us as “Undelivered” we will issue you a refund (Product cost, less your shipping cost, less any return shipping cost). We cannot reship International packages.
*Please note: Health Ranger Store is not responsible for undeliverable packages. If our Courier has attempted delivery according to their policies, and they are unable to deliver to the shipping address given, the package should be directed back to Health Ranger Store warehouse. Once the package is received back in our warehouse, the refund will be processed.
*Customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred during it's return processed. These charges will be deducted from your refund . Please contact Health Ranger Store if you have any questions regarding our shipping or return policies prior to ordering.
